With the recent addition of 90,000 square feet, the Edmonton plant is now a 185,000-square-foot facility on 25 acres of land, generating more production potential. The facility features in-house design and end-to-end construction, with strict adherence to all building codes and safety standards. This facility maintains a consistent workforce of over 240 production and supervisory personnel, all expertly trained to execute every project from inception to completion.

Opened in 2004 to manage Northgate's growth in the Eastern Canadian and U.S. markets, the Montreal facility is also able to service Africa and South America. The plant consists of 38 employees in a 60,000-square-foot parcel, and carries out the manufacturing of modular structures with the same consistency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness as the Edmonton facility.

Following 40 years of experience from its Edmonton partner, Kan-Bud opened in 1991 to serve international clients with the same quality of production found in Canada. On its 7-hectare (18-acre) manufacturing site in Poland, with over 250 employees, Kan-Bud specializes in the construction of modular residential and office buildings, schools, health clinics, and more.
Construction practices adhere to local code and international standards of the country the project is manufactured for, and have been used in Central and Eastern Siberia, the oil-abundant steppes of Kazakhstan, and equatorial Africa. Kan-Bud has also manufactured structures for the NATO forces in Bosnia and the Venezuelan army in South America.
